Potato-Prawn salad

Really, really good and, oh, so easy to make! It doesn't look that tasty, but trust me, it's worth making!

Ingredients (for 4 Portions):800g potatoes (hard-boiling)
650g prawn
100g Rocket salad
2 Avocados
For the dressing: 125ml olive oil, 2 table spoons Aceto Balsamico vinegar, 2 teaspoons mustard, 2 table spoons of dill (chopped)

Skin the potatoes and put them in a pot with water and salt and let them boil until they are done. Take them out of the pot and put them into a big bowl.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together and mix 2/3 under the potatoes. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed. Mix and set to the side.

Wash the rocket salad and chop the avocados into pieces.

Bake the prawns 2 minutes on one side and then 1 minute on the other side and add, together with the rocket salad and avocados, to the potatoes. Pour the remaining 1/3 of dressing over it and mix everything.
