Due to a lot of problems with my shoulder, I had to stop sporting for a very long time. It wasn't easy to find a new way to exercise without pain, but as soon as a friend told me about this blog full of instructing videos for pilates, I knew I had to try it. And well, I love it! :)

Blogilates is a website on which you'll find a lot of interesting instructive video's to practice pilates or just do some exercises for your abs, arms, back, butt and so on. All the video's are made by Cassey Ho, a certified fitness instructor, creator of POP Pilates and designer of oGorgeous Bags.

At this moment, I'm doing the beginner's workout calendar. This is a structured 4 week plan and compilation of videos that will really help you understand the basics of Pilates - like proper form, proper breathing and mind-cody connection. Casey Ho made this calendar especially for those who are just starting with Pilates. Once you finish this calendar, you'll be ready to do the monthly calendars.
Each day you'll find a video with the exercises you should do, totally explained by Casey Ho. She really tries to motivate you along the way so you won't give up.

This is the instructing video for day one which you find on YouTube or on the website www.blogilates.be.

At the website, you'll find this amazing calendar which you can hang on your wall to remember you every day to do the exercises.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, you'll get a new password each month to get access to much more at the website. This way, you'll be able to do see a new workout calendar for each month.

If this still isn't enough for you, you'll find lots of healthy recipes for breakfasts, lunch, snacks, desserts, diners and so on. There are also some meal plans available.
