This week I went on a holiday in Copenhagen for 5 days. I was looking forward to this trip for so long and it really was the perfect way to relax after my stressful exam period. I just love Scandinavia, and especially the interior design, and really wanted to visit those beautiful countries. In Belgium, we only get one week of vacation after our exams before the second semester starts (Yes Jules, you make me really jealous with your 8 weeks!). That's why I just went to Copenhagen, in stead of traveling through Denmark, Sweden and Norway as I wanted to do for a very long time. I loved this little trip so much and met so many great people that I'm already planning to go back this summer to spend some more weeks over there!

Stroget is a very long street with lots of shops and cosy restaurants and bars. In this street and the little streets around it, you'll find shops like Zara, H&M, Vero Moda and so on like in every big city, but there are also some amazing Danish design shops like Hay House, Illums Bolighus, Stilleben and so on.

One of my favorite new brands I discovered here, is & Other Stories. The style of clothes looks a bit like Cos, but they also sell some amazing beauty products, handbags and beautiful shoes. I'm really happy: in a few months, they'll open a new store in Antwerp (Korte Gasthuisstraat 17, 2000 Antwerpen), definitely worth a visit!

Another thing I really love in Copenhagen, is the food. Danish people pay a lot of attention at their health and you'll notice this immediately in their food habit. They eat a lot of raw vegetables combined with delicious spices, homemade bread and fresh juices. I'm definitely going to try to make some of these recipes myself because it's so delicious and healthy at the same time. What more do you want?
